I did Google high current wiring feed and read up on it, thats why I changed the starter harness.

I think it's got to be something minor I am overlooking since it worked fine then just failed, I have not mentioned yet but it is a 5sp swap with the electrics wired in from a couple different threads on here and elsewhere. Worked for years this way so hadn't considered it being an issue but now I am going to go through all wires and sensors this weekend to fix it. Mention it now because other than ignition switch the clutch switch, starter relay, fusible link, three fuses on the fusible link panel have been checked, neutral switch needs checked, ignition switch needs tested, and the wires from beginning of circuit to end of circuit have to be verified functioning.

I hate electrical gremlins...
